So yea today was pretty shitty

Since last week i’ve been volunteering at a daycare to get the hours i need so i can get my cda online courses payed for. Unfortunately the employes there weren’t welcoming at all and none of them even introduced themselves to me. The kids were great but everything else was shit basically. Even so.. i was planning to get all my hours so i had to stay

Today i was told i could no longer volunteer there because of a misunderstanding. Apparently volunteers aren’t allowed, only people who are observing the classrooms for their cda or college classes. Plus the employes there were complaining about me behind my back and wanted me gone. It all made sense to me after that, i mean… all last week nobody was welcoming and i only got glares from the workers so..

The people that work there are supposed to be role models for these kids.. i feel so bad for the children there. All the employes ever did was complain about their jobs and gossip about other workers in front of the kids they were taking care of. They might not think the kids are listening but are you fucking for real? You are teaching these kids terrible habits and indirectly teaching them to be assholes.

1st Day

I just got back from my first day volunteering at the daycare center in town and i had mixed feelings about it.. mainly because of the teachers. The kids were great but everyone that worked there just complained the entire time and was talking about how terrible some of the kids are right in front of them. Idk man that doesn’t seem ok? There was one particular kid that was really a handful so i understood with him but mehh it just seemed like the teachers all hated being there.

Because of that i’ll be volunteering at the daycare i was at today for only a month and a half and going to another daycare to finish the rest of my hours there.. ((so i don’t end up strangling the teachers i was with today))

Haircut~

I decided to give myself a haircut... on impulse (like usual). I ended up liking it a lot thou, thank god lol.

I Voted!!!

It was my first time voting and i was super excited to do it this year- especially since i was voting for obama~ After voting my family got a few groceries and then goofed off in the christmas aisle in walmart.

Volunteer Work

Still no luck in finding a job yet...which is why i'll be doing volunteer work instead for the meantime. In order for my online courses to get paid for me rather than my mom and dad paying for them i need to get a certain amount of hours done in volunteer work. I also need to get a TB test done in order to start the volunteer work at the daycare. Hopefully this week or next i'll be starting!

Late Halloween post

Halloween was a lot of fun this year~ I actually attempted to dress up? i just made my face all bloody and wore my regular clothes but still. Everyone in the family dressed up this year though- which was different ha. My dad and i seemed to freak the kids out the most while passing out candy lol.

B1A4's New Japanese Album

B1A4 just released their first japanese album yesterday and oh my god it is absolutely flawless. There are 5 new songs and 4 new japanese versions of older songs. There has been a lack of B1A4 for awhile which is why i have been so focused on VIXX lately.. so once the audios of the album were released i was basically squealing and crying in my room listening to them. Listening to the japanese version of O.K i was honestly so overwhelmed by how much i love B1A4 idk. They've brought so much joy into my pitiful life and are role models to me really.. ugh idk B1A4 are just perfect.

Holy Fuck

So my mom randomly opened the front door and she sees my cat outside...oh my god. He must've been out there for over an hour. I'm so lucky he stayed near the house instead of running away. My heart is still beating super fast.. just the thought of never seeing my maxxie again.. i would die inside. Right now though he is laying on the carpet enjoying the warmth. I just can't believe he was outside and didn't leave, he just stayed on the porch it seemed. Ugh. I'm so glad he's ok lol i'm probably gonna spoil him a lot today~

Drawing Again

I haven't tried to draw seriously for over a year now and today i randomly decided to pick up my sketch book and try something. The first thing i drew ended up looking pretty terrible, but the second one was better and so was the third. Idk i'll probably be trying to draw more often like i used to in high school.. heh.

Girl's Day

My favorite girl kpop group are having a comeback soon and omg they just released their first photo teaser. When i first saw it i honestly squealed like a pig.... mainly because of my bias minah (with long dark hair). Sadly one of their members just left and ugh i still feel really sad about the whole thing but this comeback is gonna be great even without jihae ;_;

Flu shot + job

Got my annual flu shot today. My sister usually has a hard time with needles but she did great today~ I don't really like needles either tbh though. Later when i got back i decided to call the daycare to see what was going on about my job application. Apparently the job has been filled but my application was still good enough for them to keep for future job openings..which there could be one next month!?! I hope it works out > < In the meantime i'll work on some online courses i found for childcare. The courses are all super cheap too and it seems basic and easy enough for me to follow hah. I'm so glad i found something online that i don't have to enroll for like college or pay thousands of dollars for either. Ever since i was young i never really wanted to go to college... it's because i always struggled so much in school that i wanted to escape from it as soon as possible. Taking courses on childcare is totally different and more up my alley anyway so i know i won't be super stressed out because of it. wooo

Today is KCON in LA ugh. I'm so jealous of everyone getting to see VIXX. There are other kpop groups there i love too(EXO, NU'EST) but idk, i've grown to love VIXX so much in such a short time. They have already been to the US twice and they only just debuted about 5 months ago which is really amazing. So i hope to get a chance to meet them later on.. ;_;

Wrong Tooth

Today i had a follow up appointment at the dentist for another filling. Lucky me though.. the dentist actually started drilling the wrong tooth. So today i had two fillings instead of one. Because he made a mistake the bill for the fillings were cleared, so i guess it all turned out fine in the end. 

I also mailed out my families registration forms to vote. I think that was my first time going to the post office alone hah. I'm really excited to vote this year -it being my first time voting + i want Obama to win so badly-

Job Application

Today i filled out an application for a job at the daycare right in town. I'm not totally sure if i'm qualified for any of the jobs they have open but at least i took the first step and tried. I hope i hear back from them soon even if it's bad news--i'm proud of myself today.

Before i went to the daycare, my mom and i went to a play ground. I hadn't been on a swing in over 7 years omg.

I got my first cavity and today i had an appointment for a filling. I ended up having to wait for an hour or so in the waiting room.. -_-" I thought i wasn't gonna be nervous but once i was in the chair the nerves hit lol. Thank god it didn't hurt and was done fairly quickly. But later next week i have to go in again? And the dentist said he wants to take out my wisdom teeth too ;A; nooo

Summer is almost over,

And I'm really excited for Fall weather coming--mainly for the clothes. At this point I keep wearing the same two shirts over and over.. man I need to buy some clothes. I only like summer for the freedom of it I guess, but I'll be looking for a job soon so..good bye summerrr(freedom)
